We are a two attorney law firm supported by paralegals and clerical staff. All of our employees are bilingual or multilingual with various cultural and international backgrounds. We advise criminal defendants and their criminal defense attorneys on the immigration consequences of criminal charges and convictions. We approach each case by finding out what the client wants and identifying potential difficulties with the case. We next determine the best possible strategy to navigate the maze of immigration laws and government policies to reach the client’s goal.
